Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase . Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number . All orders are fully trackable through correos.es , as confirmed in the email.

The return policy is valid for 15 days from the date the order arrives at your home. The product must be returned to the return address listed on the order box for a refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs will not be included in the product refund.
