As soon as the order is marked as shipped, you will receive an email with all the details of the order and the tracking number of the order.
Shipment will require signature at the time of shipment.

RETURNS

In the event that a product is to be returned, you must include the order or invoice number. Otherwise, we will not be able to identify your order and the corresponding return will not be made.

If the reason for the return is because any of the garments has arrived in bad condition, let us know within 7 days and we will replace the product or will provide credits in your favor for our website.
