Welcome to Bícolo. These General Conditions regulate the access, browsing, and purchase of products through www.bicolobrand.com. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions. We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time. Modifications will not affect orders already placed.

These conditions regulate the purchase of products sold through Bícolo's online store. All orders are subject to product availability and Bícolo's acceptance of the order.

3. Products

At Bícolo, we design our own collections, manufactured in Spain through limited productions. We strive to represent each product as accurately as possible through photographs, videos, and descriptions. However, small variations in color or print may occur due to individual screen settings or the inherent characteristics of certain fabrics. These differences will not be considered manufacturing defects.

4. Availability

All products are subject to availability. Occasionally, inventory errors or incidents beyond our control may occur. If a purchased product is ultimately unavailable, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Pre-Order Products

Some products may be purchased via Pre-Order. This means that the product is not yet available for shipping, but can be reserved before its manufacture or arrival at the warehouse. The estimated shipping date will always be indicated on the product page. This date is approximate and may be subject to changes due to production, transport, or reasons beyond Bícolo's control. In case of a significant delay, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. Products purchased on Pre-Order enjoy the same exchange and return rights as any other product in the store. When an order combines available products and Pre-Order products, the shipment will be made when all items are available, unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Prices

All prices shown on the website include the corresponding VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process before confirming the order. Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to taxes, fees, or customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Scalapay. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted platforms. Bícolo does not store full credit card details used during the purchase process at any time.

8. Order Confirmation

Once the order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. The receipt of this email does not necessarily imply definitive acceptance of the order, as it may be canceled in exceptional cases such as: manifest error in pricing, lack of availability, indications of fraud, or incorrect or incomplete shipping data. In any of these cases, the full amount paid will be refunded.

9. Order Modification or Cancellation

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We can only accept modification or cancellation if the order has not yet begun its logistical preparation. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

10. Shipping

Shipping times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. The times provided are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond Bícolo's control or the transportation company's control.

11. Exchanges and Returns

The conditions applicable to exchanges and returns can be found in our Exchanges and Returns Policy. Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with all original tags. Bícolo reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

12. Warranty

All products sold by Bícolo are covered by the legal warranty provided by Spanish regulations. The warranty will not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural wear and tear, accidents, incorrect washing, or improper handling of the garment.

13. Intellectual Property

All content present on this website, including photographs, videos, designs, logos, illustrations, texts, trade names, images, and graphic elements, are the property of Bícolo or their respective owners and are protected by current intellectual and industrial property legislation. Their reproduction, distribution, transformation, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

14. Use of the Website

The user agrees to use the website lawfully and in accordance with current legislation. They may not perform actions that could damage, disable, or alter the operation of the website, nor use it for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

Bícolo will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including, among others: strikes, weather phenomena, logistical problems, failures in transport services, cyberattacks, and cases of force majeure. Likewise, it does not guarantee the permanent availability of the website, although it will make all reasonable efforts to maintain its correct operation.

16. Data Protection

The processing of customer personal data will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Applicable Law

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.
